Worldwide Knit in Public events have extended from just a single day to carry through the whole week, so be sure to grab your needles and hit a nearby coffee shop, the mall or a local coffee shop for some knitting in public!

My name is Keara Williams and I work for Urban League of Greater Dallas, a non-profit organization and I am reaching out for your help (if you are available). I am placed at an apartment complex (Rosemont@Sierra Vista) as an Activity Coordinator and we recently conducted a survey to see what events I can hold here on site that will bring the residents out to participate. Well most people wanted to do hands on activities like knitting, sewing, art & crafts. So I would like to know is there any possible way that someone from your place of business could come to my site and hold a knitting class for the residents that reside here? I look forward to your response also any suggestions you may have.
